2552401 - Import Data for Learning Assignment not updating the Assignment Type

When you run an update for Learning Assignment using Import Data, it will not update the Assignment Type.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - b1708

1. Go to System Admin > Tools > Import Data
2. Under Action select Import Data
3. Under Record Type choose Learning Assignment
4. Under Import Option select Update
5. Under Import File, click Browse and choose the EntityTemplate for LearningAssignment from your computer.
6. Choose your desired Time Zone ID
7. Click Submit

The input under Action column in the Entity Template for Learning Assigment was set to Update.

This is an expected behavior since the Assignment Type column is processed only during Assign Action. This means that it will only work for new item assignment. In the Entity Template for Learning Assigment, the input under Action should be Assign. The Import Option from Import Data should be Add or Add and Update.
