2552515 - To-Do Alert not triggered for the CC role

Symptom

  • Rule Triggered for the configured field and has sent the email notification as configured, however no To-Do Alert or Bell notification was triggered for the user in the CC role.
  • Workflow has been triggered and CC role receives the email notification, but manager does not receive To-Do Alert.

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Cause

Expected behavior.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior. For the CC roles in the workflow for the alert and notification, they will only receive the email notification as configured. No To-Do / Bell notification / "My notifications" will be triggered for the CC roles accordingly.

If there is no approval process in the workflow, it is not appearing in "To Do", only sending the email notifications out.
