Context Http Error::500: Internal Server Error
dberror(PreparedStatement.execute): 403 - internal error: Cannot get adapter
capabilities: exception 151044: Agent \"some_agent\" is not available.\n
- Also seen is the framework_alert.trc is the following error
"[WARN ] DPFramework - File io exception java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\usr\sap\dataprovagent\dpagentconfig.ini (Access is denied)"
