Symptom
Within SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP05, attempting to open the Business Process Monitoring application from within the Fiori launchpad results in the following error:
- "Service cannot be reached
What has happened?
URL call was terminated because the corresponsiding service is not available.
Note
The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden."
