Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start Onboarding US Process
  2. Complete the Post Hire Verification
  3. When the New Employee Step is started
  4. View Information not pre-populated on the Federal_E_NewHireInfo panel

Cause

Disable pre-populate of available I-9 personal information feature has been Enabled

  1. Navigate to Super Admin
  2. Features
  3. Disable the pre-populate of available I-9 personal information feature
