2553020 - Push Notifications from ECC to SMP returning HTTP return code 400

Symptom

  • Push notifications from ECC back-end system to SMP fails in GateWay with a return code 400.  
  • SMP log shows:

    Could not read JSON: Unrecognized field "d" (Class com.sap.mobile.platform.server.notifications.http.dto.Notification), not marked as ignorable
     at [Source: org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteInputStream@320793d2; line: 1, column: 7] (through reference chain: com.sap.mobile.platform.server.notifications.http.dto.Notification["d"]); nested exception is org.codehaus.jackson.map.exc.UnrecognizedPropertyException:
    Unrecognized field "d" (Class com.sap.mobile.platform.server.notifications.http.dto.Notification), not marked as ignorable
