2553043 - GCL3 - missing ledgers after upgrade

Symptom

You realised that the configurartion for some Special Purpose Ledgers is missing in transaction code GCL3/GCL2 after the upgrade. The missing ledger configuration refers to ledgers assigned to summary tables GLT1 and GLT2. 

In addition when trying to enter a FI-SL document for these legders in transaction GB01 you receive the above error message:

 "No ledgers assigned"  Message no. GI192
