Symptom

You are using Condition Contract Management functionality. In the condition contracts (transaction WCOCO) you want to use customer hierarchies to indicate that a contract and its conditions are only valid for the customer(s) which are part of the used hierarchy. You need a document, which provides information on the customizing and configuration for these features.
