The content network button is missing in SAP Analytics Cloud.

***Disclaimer: Content Library has been renamed to Content Network and placed under tile Business Content.***

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Log into SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Go to the Main Menu > Browse > Files area.

Missing permissions / authorizations.

Add the "Read" and "Maintain" Lifecycle Data permission.

Note: These rights are already applied to the "BI Admin" and "Admin" roles.
