Why is an Agency user receiving an email notification if the Job Posting to an Agency is in the future?

1. A Job Requisition is posted to an Agency with a future date
2. An email notification is sent to the Agency user
3. However, this action can be confusing as the posting date is in the future.

It is considered an expected system behaviour for an Agency user to receive an email notification when the Job Requisition is posted in the UI.

Because the posting date is in the future, please include the following tokens in the email notification, this will avoid any confusion with the Agency user:

[[POSTING_START_DATE]]

[[POSTING_END_DATE]]

The email notification used to notify Agency users of a Job Requisition posted to an Agency is configured in "Email Template Notification Settings" and it is called "Recruiting Agency".
