SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
- End user tries to access a 90MB video file link using SAP Cloud Platform mobile services (CPms) via a Cloud Connector (SCC).
- There is a 20-25 second delay on accessing the file when using CPms but only takes a few seconds receiving the file directly from the back-end server
- There are no errors. However there appears to be a bottleneck is somewhere inside the cloud platform.
