Symptom

  • iOS 11 devices do not prompt for the password when Wi-Fi profile has ‘WPA2 Enterprise’ security type
  • Newly enrolled iOS 11 devices are not loading WiFi policy correctly. Instead of being prompted for just the user's password, they are presented with a box that asks for their username and Identity and to select a mode. The Identity has two options that do not allow the user to sign on to the WiFi.
