2554352 - BSI TaxFactory error: An exception of type CX_HRPAYUS_BSI_OTHERS_FAILURE occurred

Symptom

When running payroll after upgrading to a new BSI TaxFactory version, payroll is stopped and the following error is raised:

 An exception of type 'CX_HRPAYUS_BSI_OTHERS_FAILURE' occurred, that was not caught anywhere in the call hierarchy. It was not handled locally or declared using a RAISING clause.
