2554372 - Getting Time stamp error message in Manage Pending Hire or Field Mapping tool - Onboarding

Getting the following fingerprint edb22e349d7597e25f273867299332328b512ef9 when:

• When you try to Hire a candidate in Manage Pending Hires;
• When you go to Admin Center > Field Mapping Tool for Integration with Employee Central

Scenario 1 - Manage Pending Hires

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Go to Manage Pending Hires;
3. Select Onboarding; 
4. Try to hire any candidate;
5. You will receive an error message similar to this one:

Scenario 2 - Field Mapping tool for integration with Employee Central

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Go to Field Mapping to for integration with Employee Central;
3. You will receive a similar error message with the previous one.

Cause 1:

• The service logon account used to connect Onboarding X BizX is locked out. 
  
  

Cause 2:

• The KMS Web Services credentials and KMS Rest Web Services credentials under Provisioning > Onboarding Settings are blank.
  

Resolution 1 - Account locked or wrong password in SuperAdmin:

1. Navigate to Super Admin (Only Partners have Access)
2. Service Logins
3. DataService
4. If it's locked out Uncheck the box
5. Click Change Password and use the Enter KMS Rest Web Services credentials Password located in Provisioning

Resolution 2 - Empty/Wrong password in BizX provisioning

If KMS Web Services credentials and KMS Rest Web Services credentials is blank, reconfigure the BizX to ONB Connection:

1. Go to Provisioning > Company Settings> Onboarding Settings;
2. Check if the AccountID /Environment are correct;
3. Make sure that userName/ passwords are auto populated.
