After running the Item Connector, it is thrown the "1102 Exception Entity does not exist.CatalogID: abcde".
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
The library does not exist in Learning. It is possible to check it in the Learning admin side: Learning Activities > Libraries > Search for the given library.
Resolution
In the Learning admin side, create the library: Learning Activities > Libraries > Add New.
Regarding the usage of the connector, it is recommended to engage the SAP team that delivers Professional Services or an SAP Certified Partner to review and perform adjustments in the connector configuration.
