2554413 - Open Content Network Synchronization-500 Internal Server Error

After doing initial setup of Open Content Network with a vendor, the Open Content Network Content Synchronization Automatic Process throws a 500 error when it runs.

Initial implementation of an OCN vendor was set up a few years back. Upon enabling the OCN vendor in the LMS and attempting to fetch the delta courses, the API fails with a 500 internal server error from the vendor's side due to the delta range being too large of a date.

1. Go to System Admin
2. Configuration
3. System Configuration
4. OPEN CONTENT NETWORK configuration file
5. Please set this setting to false: providers[OCNProvider].fetchDeltaOnly=false
6. Run the Automatic Process and it will Succeed
7. Set providers[OCNProvider].fetchDeltaOnly to true
