Symptom
When configuring Talent Cards (Succession, Presentations and Calibration) in Admin Canter > Manage Talent Cards, user-info elements are not available in Extended Information section configuration.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Admin Center > Manage Talent Card;

Select a Talent Card to configure;
- Expand and edit the Extended Information section;
NOTE: This section is collapsed by default on the talent card. - By default, the extended information section displays the employee's Job Level, Function, and Country. To override those fields, select from the lists any other user information field defined for your company;
- In the list of available fields to override the default setting, only standard elements are available, user-info elements are missing.
Cause
The available fields in the Extended Information section are drawn from the standard elements defined in the Employee Profile. The elements should be defined in the Data Model prior to being available in the dropdowns in the talent Card sections.
Resolution
User-info elements can now be added and used in Talent Information, Header and Extended information section on Talent Cards:
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Talent Card;
- Select a Talent Card to configure;
- Add or edit the Talent Information, Header or Extended information section;
- Select any user-info element defined for your instance;
- Save changes.
Note: the Learning History element “Course/Workshops/Seminars” is not currently supported for the Talent Card and is designed to only work in “Employee Profile”.
