Completion wizard is not displaying correct percentage for users

SAP SuccessFactors People Profile

1. Users are facing issue when employee is clicking on Finish Now button of employee profile, user is not getting all options.

2. Even though the wizard is displaying only one portlet when we click on finish now it is displaying zero percentage completed.

3. When we add an entry under the displayed portlet the completion wizard is no longer displayed.

The Completion Wizard displays the percentage based on the calculated percents of employee profile related data only, and not the  data related to other topic areas i.e. Employee Central, Compensation or Performance Management.

In the above scenairo, Completion Wizard is only displaying a portlet that does not contain any data, which means it corresponds to 100% of the profile information being considered by the tool and given it does not contain any data, it is expected behavior that the percentage is displayed as zero percent complete.

Once the user adds data into the portlet, the wizard will re-calculate and display 100% completed, as designed.
