SYS role can be granted to any user by DBA in newly created IQ database using IQ version IQ 16 sp11 pl11.
If IQ database is upgraded from IQ 15.2 e3 to IQ 16 sp11 pl11 , SYS role cannot be granted to any user.
Even DBA gets error message "Permission denied: you do not have administrative privileges over the specified set of roles"
