2554597 - Instroscope Enterprise Manager Error "org.springframework.osgi.service.importer.ServiceProxyDestroyedException: service proxy has been destroyed" - Introscope 10.X

Symptom

 After Upgrading Introscope Enterprise Manager to newer versions, the Introscope EM does not start anymore.

In the EMService logfile, the following lines can be noticed:
