Symptom

You are executing a PNPCE report. The report is allowing access to Employees the User should not have access to based on the HR Authorizations assigned (Example: P_ORGIN)
(You can check if a report is PNPCE based by going to transaction SE38 -> Enter the report name -> Choose "Attributes" -> Click "Display" -> See field "Logical database")
