2554935 - ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification > Survey direct link tag without hyperlink

When running the "ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification", where the survey direct link tag is in it, the survey link doesn't come in the notification.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

In the Learning admin side, click:

1. Learning Activities > Items > Search and access the desired item >
2. Actions > Send Email Notification >
3. Advance until the step 4, add or remove the desired users >
4. In the step 5, click the magnifying glass of the "Email Template" option >
5. Select the "ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification" template >
6. Click "Send Email Notification" >
7. The survey link doesn't come in the notification.

It happens because sending the notification through those steps would configure an ad hoc notification. The user tags are the ones supported to work when an ad hoc notification is sent. Other tags will appear in the ad hoc notification as text or it won't appear. Take a look at the Notification Tags Available in Ad Hoc Notifications for additional information related to it.

To have the notification tested or sent as desired, in the Learning admin side, click:

1. System Administration > Automatic Processes >
2. Course Feedback and Follow-Up Surveys Email Notification >
3. Schedule it to run on the desired date and time.
