2555097 - My Spend: DIA_CCMONITOR selection parameters

Symptom

You are doing an S4/HANA migration to 1605 version. The 'My Spend' fiori app has been deployed. However, the app functionality is erratic. You are running the DIA_CCMONITOR (Cost Center Monitor) program and it does not display the output for some user personalization variables but works for the others. For example, when you maintain a Cost Center Group and a range of Cost Elements then the output is displayed. However there is no display when a Cost Center Group and Cost Element Group are maintained.
