Admin receives the error message "This file upload will exceed the total space limit (*** KB): currently used (*** KB)" when trying to attach a file to record Learning Event.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. In Learning Administration > Manage User Learning > Edit Learning History
2. Enter a username
3. Select a course
4. Click on 'File Attachments'
5. Upload a file 
6. A popup message will appear stating there is not enough storage

Please follow the below steps to increase the file size limit.

1. Please navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > ATTACHMENT.
2. Search for property totalAttachmentsSpaceAllocatedKB;
3. Increase the value as needed.
