Symptom
- Status of the Plan remains “In Process” even after completing all the inbound and outbound activities.
- The acknowledgment was completed by the respective Users, but the plan status did not update.

- Log onto the GRC Front-End application portal through T-code NWBC.
- Navigate to Job Monitor under the Assessment Tab.
- Click on the hyperlink “Planner” and note that the Plan “XYZ” is marked as completed.
- Return to the “Assessments” tab.
- Click on the hyperlink “Planner Monitor” and observe that the status of the Plan “XYZ” is still “In Process”.
- Check SLG1 logs for the survey to see the error message.
