How to restrict employees from applying leave a given number of times?

Reproducing the Issue
Employees should only be able to request maternity leave a given number of times. For example, twice during their employment at your company
Resolution
The rule example is mentioned in the Handbook "Rules and Rule Functions in Time Management"
In the handbook, refer the section "Maternity Leave: Multiple Times During Employment"
