Symptom

After the upgrade to SP6 of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 the execution of the transaction SOLMAN_SETUP returns an error:
 
500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: Syntax error in program CL_SISE_ACT_CUSTOM_NOTE=======CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)
 
Syntax error in program CL_SISE_ACT_CUSTOM_NOTE=======CP .png
In ST22 the corresponding dump can be found:

Implementierungsklasse existiert nicht: Die Implementierung "BADI_2453
