2555597 - Condition Upload: Processing terminated due to a fatal error

Symptom

Initial upload of conditions from CRM to ERP fails at CRM Outbound /nSMQ1, with a SYSFAIL queue, error message "'Process terminated due to fatal error".

In the application log (SLG1, or CND_MAP_LOG_DISPLAY) there is a termination error "An initial upload has already started for condition table XXX" Message no. CND_EXCHANGE_FROM_R3034
