You would like to configure automatic e-mail notification for CSA tasks

1. In Technical Administration workcenter, go to Configuration -> Central System Administration
2. Choose your solution from the popup and in the next screen open the CSA Setup session of the desired managed system ID
3. In the navigation area, choose "Global Customizing" and then "Global E-Mail Notification Customizing (CSA)".
4.  On the "Global E-Mail Notification Customizing" tab, you can select the "Send E-Mail Notification at OVERDUE" checkbox to define that an e-mail notification is sent when the task status is Overdue.

1. On the "Select Task Frequency for Notification tab, you can customize the task frequency types for which you want to send out Overdue notifications.

1. On the "Select Solution for Notification" tab, you can define the SAP Solution Manager solutions in which you want to send out Overdue notifications.
   For each solution, you can define a notification recipient. This recipient receives overdue notifications instead of the general e-mail recipient defined on the Global E-Mail Customizing tab.
