SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Creation of a new RMK instance must be requested by the customer using self-service in SAP for Me.

Provisioning requests for RMK tenants must be triggered by customers directly using self-service in SAP for Me by following the how-to articles below. The tenants will be provisioned and handover emails will be sent to the customer IT contact.

Who to Contact

• If the licensed product (and licensed material) is missing (so provisioning cannot be started), the customer must contact their SAP Account Manager (sales) and/or the Cloud Implementation Partner to confirm whether RMK was booked and/or investigate why it is not displayed yet.

• Do not create a case under XX-SER-FORME if the product is missing in the provisioning application. However, if RMK is available in provisioning (e.g. You are able to click Start Provisioning) but it doesn't complete or results in an error status, then you can create a case for component XX-SER-FORME along with a screenshot of the provisioning screen in SAP for Me showing the issue. 
  
  
• RMK Support under component LOD-SF-RMK* can provide RMK Site details for site Manager Access requests once instances are created but does not have visibility on contracts or licenses. Questions relating to these should be directed to the account team. RMK instances will not be created by RMK Support and should not be requested via a case using an RMK component.
