Customer would like to know how the workflow approval for the furnish equipment get triggered

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to Admin center
2. Manage organisation pay and job structures
3. Create a workflow definition
4. In below screenshot,Approver=Manager which implies "The Manager of the Hiring Manager requesting the equipment will be Approver". This only works when the Hiring Manager itslef has a Manager
5. If there is no manager for Hiring Manager, workflow will not trigger

If Approver=EmployeeHR which implies "The HR of the Hiring Manager requesting the equipment will be Approver".This only works when the Hiring Manager itslef has a HR.
