2555838 - Deleting Duplicate Onboarding Records in Bizx System - Onboarding 1.0

How to delete the duplicate onboarding records for the candidate from the bizx system.

Please perform the deletion of duplicate records by following below steps:

1. Admin center--employee export.
2. click on "Export User File" Button .
3. Once you clicked on this button ,file will be downloaded in 10-15minutes.
4. Save your generated file .
5. Open the file and make one of duplicate record status as inactive for duplicate record.I attached sample screenshot for reference.(inactive.jpg)
   
   

6. Admin center---Import employee data--import ur saved file.(please find attached screenshot.).
   
   

7. Now hire the candidate and check once issue persists in Manage Pending Hires.
