2555889 - Active Employees are not reflecting in the Exported User Data File

• Active Employees are not showing in Exported UDF.
• HRIS sync jobs run without any error/failure, yet the users are not included in the UDF.
• Affected employee profiles are reflecting as active in Job Information and Data Inspector

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

1. Check affected active employee in the search bar. 
2. Observe that Job Information has an active employee status and the user is also reflecting as active (t) in Data Inspector.
3. Go to 'Employee Export' tool.
4. Export the UDF file.
5. Check the same user and observe that the user ID is not present in the UDF file. 

Affected user is not in the target population for Employee Export permission.

Ensure that user is included in target population for Employee Export permission.
