2555889 - Employees are not showing in system including the Exported User Data File

Employees are not showing in Exported UDF. In monitor Jobs all import jobs are showing as zero failed but when we exported employee export no new users are showing.

 We are unable to search any employees through the people search.

Wrong Role-based Permission setting.

permission group and target population were incorrectly assigned as Permission group = All and target population= group.

Check the Role-based permission in the instance.

In case the permission group and target population are incorrectly assigned as Permission group = All and target population= group.

Then correct it as Permission granted to... Employee Group and Target population = All.
