2555896 - Decline, Delegate, other options in Home page > Approve Requests

Can we have/configure Decline, Delegate and other options in Home page > Approve Requests?

Employee Central > Workflows

• Login to Successfactors > Home page > click on Approve Requests tile.
• We will see number of workflows like below with Approve button to approve from here itself:

• But there is no button to Decline, Delegate, etc.

• This is an expected behavior as per the product design.
• To get more options such as Delegate, Decline etc; we need to click on workflow URL for more options and then take relevant actions:

• Please submit an enhancement request as per KBA-2281023 to product team, if you wish to have other options in approve requests page itself.
