2555943 - Metric/Measure of success field in Development Plan

We want to remove the Measure of Success(Metric) field on the Development Plan. In Manage Templates, the 'trash" icon does not appear against this column.

Career Development Planning

• Its not possible to remove Metric/Measure of Success field form Development goals template.
• This is because Metric is the key for a goal to be measure and there is no use without measure hence this has been defined as mandatory field at database level hence cannot be removd from the template.
