2556243 - How To Remove Several Territory Rules At Once

You want to remove a large amount of Territory Rules but can only select one rule to remove at a time.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the Sales and Campaign Settings view.
3. Click on the Define Rules for Territory Realignement link.

You can only select one rule at a time when trying to use the Remove option.

In order to remove larger amounts of rules, please use the upload and download options with the C4C given template.

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the Sales and Campaign Settings view.
3. Click on the Define Rules for Territory Realignement link.
4. Use the Download button to get the Territory rules template for the system.
5. Save it locally.
6. Remove all rules from the spreadsheet saved above, as required.
7. Note that if you want to keep a version of the existing rules, you can save two copies and clear out the rules as needed from one of them and keep the other as a future reference.
8. Use the Upload button to upload the spreadsheet with all of the rules removed as needed.
9. Note: you can remove all of the rules, if you want to clear them completely or just remove some.
10. Activate this version of the rules.
11. Note: if you want to return to the earlier version of the rules and you have saved a spreadsheet with the old rules, you can upload those in the same way.
12. You can now create new rules or adapt the rules as needed.
