2556257 - Changing UNC path for DTE jobs to run successfully on Clustered SQL Servers environments

Symptom

  • You have installed SAP Contact Center on a system with a clustered SQL Reporting and Analysis Services environment
  • Each time a DTE job runs, it cannot access the BCM_DTE.exe file as there is no local installation of SAP Contact Center
  • DTE error:
    • Unhandled Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at BCM_DTE.MainDTE.Main(String[] cmdArgs).
    • Process Exit Code -1073741819.
    • The step failed.
