Symptom
- When a user attempts to navigate through products or categories on the storefront, they encounter the bellow exception:

SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [DispatcherServlet] in context with path [] threw exception [Request processing failed; nested exception is de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.AmbiguousIdentifierException: Product code 'xxxx' is not unique, X products found!] with root cause de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.AmbiguousIdentifierException: Product code 'xxxx' is not unique, X products found!
- When users search for a specific product, rather than the expected results, they receive a blank page. Investigation into server logs for the product code indicates a 500 internal server response error. Dynatrace analysis shows the following exception:
