2556283 - Crystal Reports 2016 version 14.2.4 is missing the list of Reports under the menu option File....

Symptom

In Crystal Reports 2016 SP 4 version 14.2.4 I no longer see the recent file list of reports when I click on the File menu function

The registry entries are still there:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal Reports\Recent Files

The "FileCount" key is the number of recent files to list and can be altered.
