2556351 - Portfolio Item financial planning table is empty.

Symptom

You carry out Integration and Planning for a Portfolio Item. There are costs from the ERP system which are transferred properly to PPM (as you can see e.g. in table RPM_FIDATA), the item's financial planning table however is empty.
