Symptom

"Cannot Create Thread" shows after executing a job. SAP Data Services was upgraded from 4.0 - 4.2

This Error message can also be displayed if the job is executed from SAP Data Services Management Console.

Error:

  • "Cannot start Thread"
  • "Can't create new thread"
  • Job Terminated due to error 50703
