Is it possible set Pre Screening Questions specifically for internal or external candidates?

As of now, the system doesn't allow to set specific pre-screening questions depending on the candidate type, and also if you apply the override setting to questionResponse field it will not work.

However as workaround a different approach could be:
avoid the Pre Screening questions (questionResponse field) and instead setup multiple individual fields (text or picklist) where you ask your questions to the candidates.
And via override you can differentiate the visibility of the fields for external/internal candidates.
Important Note to consider: by applying this approach you will lose the benefit of the prescreening questions features as the auto-disqualification and the scoring can not longer be done.
