2556740 - Survey Responses Report - Column M (Classes) not showing the correct Class ID

In Item evaluation CSV report column "M" which is termed as "Offerings" (or "Classes") is not showing the correct class ID and its showing the same number for all the entries in the report for a particular Item.

Navigate to Reports > Surveys > Survey Responses CSV > Run it for any Item/Survey ID.

Column "Offerings" (or "Classes") is designed to show number of offerings for a particular Item.

Column M (offerings or Classes) will not show the schedule offering ID.

The class count column M refers to the count of the total number of classes through which the survey was initiated from a class to the user and submitted. It doesn't stands for how many classes an item actually has.

For example - if there is an item "course1" that has multiple classes "c1", "c2", "c3". If user u1 takes the survey that was initiated through class "c1" and user u2 self assigns the item "course1" and completes the item along with survey and admin record learning and complete the item for user u3 and user u3 takes the survey. 
When the survey response report is run for item "course1", the class count column M will not be 3 but be 1 as the survey was submitted through the class by only user u1 for class "c1".
