2556754 - Work items not shown under "Inbox" folder of SBWP

Symptom

  • Work items end up in "Workflow" folder in SBWP menu. User expect to find them in the "Inbox" folder as well, but they are not there. Once the user opens a work item in the "Workflow" folder manually and then closes, the item will be found in the "Inbox" folder as well. At this point, the item is found in both "Workflow" and "Inbox" folder, instead of just one. 
    AND
  • This behaviour only happens for certain users.
