2556791 - Report DPR_EVE_BATCH_DPO does not update severities

Symptom

You run program DPR_EVE_BATCH_DPO to update project severities (e.g. you have scheduled this to run as a daily job). The program runs without errors for the project. In the system frontend you see that the threshold values / severities in the project are however not updated.
