Why I can not purge an user who is involved in an interview process?

1. Set an a purge rule : Purge Inactive user

2. The purge is not complete and an error appears in the logs:

 <USERID> is an active interviewer for applications/requisitions ((<APPID>/<JOREQID>)

Before b1711 the system only validated if the user is involved in unrated interviews. Now with b1711 it also validates if the user is involved in rated interviews.

This means that if a user is part of an unrated or rated interview then the interviewer cannot be purged.

A user will not be purge from the system as long as the user has been involved in a candidate interview and that interview has not yet been purged from the system.

The goal is to protect transparency about who has given which ratings in an interview

In order to purge this user, the application will need to be purged first or the candidate need to be reassign and after that the interviewee will be ready to be purge.
