Admin does not see Item Order in a "Submitted" Status
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Reproducing the Issue

Naviagte to LMS Admin > Commerce > Order Management
- Search for Order ID
- Edit Order ID
- Summary tab
- Status on "Edit Order Items"
Resolution
To achieve this status, you need to change the global configurations.
Navigation:
- System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > Financial
- Search for autoOrderApproval
- Set it to false.
This global setting will apply to all type of Item (Online, ILT, Blended and Other). After enabling this setting, going forward, system will set the status to SUBMITTED. Admin needs to go to Order Management and manually change the order status.
Navigation for Order Status:
- LMS Admin > Commerce > Order Management > Search for Order
- Summary tab Click on "Change Status" hyper link and change the status.
Please note: Once you change the Status from Submitted to any other status, it is not possible to revert to Submitted.
