Within the standard Hierarchy MSSBIZVIEW, you try to disable the Photo Column (field MSS_EMP_PIC) via customising through Navigation Box Field Formatting for Structure MSS_EMP_HIER however you find that data is incorrectly displayed.
For example you find that the data is shifting to the wrong column - Employee Name now appears under the Personnel Number Column.
