Unable to connect to OData. Check the connection details and user credentials, and then try again. in SAP Analytics Cloud (formerly known as SAP BusinessObjects Cloud / BOC)

In SAP Analytics Cloud User Interface after clicking "Create" on "New OData Connection" the dialog reappears with no error message.

In Google Chrome Developer Tools see:

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Business ByDesign Analytics

1. Connect to SAP Analytics Cloud tenant
2. Create a new Import Data Connection to SAP Business ByDesign Analytics
3. Enter Connection Name, Description, Data Service URL, Authentication Type, User Name, Password
4. Click Create
5. Notice "New OData Connection" the dialog reappears with no error message
6. Notice in Google Chrome Developer Tools {"messageId":"SFSF_INVALID_CREDENTIALS","message":"Unable to connect to OData. Check the connection details and user credentials, and then try again.","bUIMessage":false,"bWarning":false,"status":401}

Current password is an initial password which requires changing.

Connect to SAP Business ByDesign and change the initial password when prompted.
