2557061 - Unexpected Goal Field Label in Reports - Goal Management

In Adhoc Reporting, an incorrect Goal Field Label appears in the report.

The issue can be reproduced when generating the Adhoc Report on Goal Field Labels if the instance contains more than 1 Goal Plan that shares the same Field Label ID.

Scenario:

For example, let’s say the system contain 4 active goal plan templates with the following field definition IDs and labels:

• 2017 Goal Plan (Bonus) - Template ID 4 - Field label for field definition with ID "done" is "Finished 2":
• 2016 Goal Plan (Bonus) - Template ID 20 - Field label for field definition with ID "done" is "Finished 1":
• 2017 Goal Plan             - Template ID 5 - Field label for field definition with ID "done" is "Finished 3":
• 2017 Goal Plan             - Template ID 11 - Field label for field definition with ID "done" is "Finished 4":

The "Finished 2" label will appear in the Adhoc report as this field label is taken from the "2017 Goal Plan (Bonus)" plan because it has the lowest template ID (4) of all the active Goal Plans that share the same field definition ID (done).

The instance contains more than 1 Goal plan that shares the same field definition ID with the different field label:

It is best practice to avoid the creation of Goal plans with identical field definition IDs that have a different field label defined.
